To track your most recent orders, please simply click on "Track My Order" in the upper right of any Soufeel page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your Soufeel orders. You are also welcome to contact us for more detailed information.
How can I track my package?
Step 1: Click Track My Order in the top left corner of mobile web browsing, or in the top right corner of desktop browsing.

Step 2: Enter the email address, which has been used to place the order and track;
If it says "Sorry, we cannot find any orders using this email. Please make sure the email you entered is the one that was used to place your order(s)", this would mean that a different/wrong email address was provided. If you aren't able to locate your order status through the Track My Order page, please contact us with your full name and email address used to place the order so that we can locate the order for you.
